Laura directs New Jersey Conservation Foundation’s Conservation Assistance program, that includes the Franklin Parker Conservation Excellence grants, annual NJ Land Conservation Rally, and the NJ Land Trust Network. She also manages NJ Conservation Foundation's work in developing and promoting the Conservation Blueprint, a statewide planning and mapping project. Laura has worked for the NJ Highlands Council, for Morris Land Conservancy (now The Land Conservancy of NJ) as Assistant Director, and for the National Park Service as an Outdoor Recreation Planner with a two-year assignment to the President’s Commission on Americans Outdoors. She earned a Masters of Science degree in Recreation & Parks Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. A resident of Mt. Olive Township, Laura serves on the township’s open space committee, as chair of the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, and as a board member of the Crossroads of the American Revolution Association.
